A lovely store which specialized in counted cross stitch. There are beautiful stitched models throughout. Kathy has tagged each model giving the name of the kit or book from which it comes; booklets and patterns are racked in a special location. She will be very happy to help you find something. A wall of frames gives plenty of ideas for finishing. Accessories are located at the back of ths tore and the variety of threads carried here will astound you. Throughout the store are framed calligraphies, Boyd's Collectibles and many other gift ideas. Drop your spose at the nearby Barnes & Noble or Border's located near I-35 and take a ride East on Main to browse through this lovely store on the north side of the street in Carriage Plaza -- {Kat-TX}

Nice shop, just northwest of Tulsa. She carries a good selection of Shepherd's Bush and Drawn Thread. Lots of models, good selection of floss, fibers, fabrics and accessories. Also has knitting yarn. The owner's name is Lindy Legener, and she is terrific, always coming up with new and creative finishing ideas. She often works up designs with fun threads other than DMC. She carries all my favorite designers and many more, and the number of stitched models is incredible! Once a month, they have what is called Secret Needle Night. Lindy either designs a small pattern or uses an already designed pattern and kits it with specialty threads and a fun fabric. Each month has a theme that ususally corresponds to the time of the year. They also serve a snack and provide you with the recipe to take home. I know they will mail order the secret needle night kits. Ther is a quarterly newsletter, with news on new arrivals at the shop, Stitch Nights and classes, fun and interesting tidbits about anything stitch related, and it includes a freebie chart. The shop carries pearl cottons, hand-dyed and overdyed threads, metallics, silks, and some of the yummiest fabrics available, including Heatherfields, Jobelan, Lugana, Cashel, Belfast, Davosa and the recent linen/silk fabrics.
